Technology that moves your business forward.
Proxurve Solutions works with the owners and executives of central Indiana businesses on cybersecurity and AI strategy, judged on business impact rather than technical detail. Locally owned since 2002.

Your advocate in technology, not another vendor.
The name is the point. Proxy, meaning to act as your advocate, and serve, meaning to assist and support. We work with owners and executives of businesses running roughly fifteen to two hundred and fifty people, and we start from where you see the business rather than from a technical inventory.
That means the conversation is about what technology is doing for your growth, your risk and your margins. Our clients tend to stay a long time, which is the number we watch most closely.

Use AI with confidence, not exposure.
Most firms are already using AI. Very few can say where their confidential information goes once an employee pastes it into a chat window.
We help leadership teams put a usable policy around it, so the business gets the benefit without quietly handing its client data, contracts and financials to a system nobody vetted.
- A written AI use policy your staff will actually follow
- Clear boundaries on what may never leave the business
- Guidance on where AI genuinely returns something measurable

Brian is our Senior Consultant. Seven shows have had him on this year, and they keep asking the same thing: why do so many AI projects go nowhere. These are other people's conversations, unedited, not our marketing.

Protect Your Business Before You Scale with AI: The Cybersecurity Playbook
The filmed one. Cybersecurity as a business strategy rather than a technical line item, why a foundation has to exist before AI is deployed on top of it, and what crawl, walk, run actually looks like inside a company that is growing.

A calm, proven path that starts with a conversation.
Six steps. You can stop after any of them.
Executive Leadership Conversation
Thirty minutes on TEAMS with Steve, Troy and Brian. We listen to how you see your technology and tell you what we think.
Mutual NDA
Before we look at anything, both sides sign. Your environment stays yours.
Discovery
We examine what you actually have running, rather than what the documentation says you have.
Internal roundtable
Troy's team argues through the findings before anything reaches you.
Client roundtable
We walk your team through every data point. What is working, and where you are exposed.
Budgetary proposal
Only if you ask for one. We present it, you decide.
Most who reach the final step choose to work with us. We think that is because nobody reaches it who should not have.

Both ownership and day-to-day leadership are critical in delivering excellent, consistent results.
The questions executives actually ask us.
Answers in plain language, with nothing attached to them.
Why should I get involved in this if I have already hired someone to handle it?
Most owners have a great deal of personal equity tied up in the business. Asking one person to hold back current threats on their own is not fair to them, because of how sophisticated those threats have become. We give you a clear reading of your environment and where it is vulnerable, so the decision sits with you rather than with an assumption. We can also walk alongside you when you start to consider bringing AI into the business.
What should we do if our network has been breached?
Contain first, then investigate. Disconnect affected systems from the network without powering them down, because memory holds evidence you will want. Then call someone who does this work. Our number is 317-664-7769. We handle ransomware restoration and we would rather take the call early than clean up after a week of well intentioned guessing.
One caveat worth saying plainly: we do not take one off breach clean up work for organizations who want a quick fix and then intend to go back to how things were. That is not a service, it is a delay.
My IT team says we have cybersecurity in place. How can I be sure?
You verify it independently. Having tools installed is not the same as having them configured, monitored and tested, and the gap between those two states is where most incidents live. An outside review measures what is actually running against what your business needs, and gives you something you can take to your board.
This is not a criticism of your team. It is the same reason auditors are not employees.
Why would anyone target us? We do not hold data worth stealing.
Most attacks are not aimed at anyone in particular. They look for reachable systems, and the value is rarely your data. It is your ability to operate. If your systems stop, you pay to start them again. That calculation works on a fifteen person firm as well as it works on a large one.
You also hold other people's information. Client records, payroll, banking details. That obligation does not scale with your size.
What if we are considering a change in IT providers?
Start with a conversation rather than a proposal. We would want to understand what is not working, because sometimes the answer is not a new provider. If it is, we will tell you what a transition actually involves, including the parts that are inconvenient.
We are not a fit for everyone, and we would rather say so early.
When you would like to talk, we are easy to reach.
A first conversation is thirty minutes on TEAMS with Steve, Troy and Brian. Nothing to prepare, and nothing follows it unless you ask.
